How close is this to Waseda University? and do you have more than one room?
Waseda? its in Tokyo and Fukuoka, not kyoto. or is it? where in kyoto?
As for the rooms, there are two for rent, the master bedroom (6+ tatami with direct view of kyoto) and a 4.5 tatami.
One will be rented at the beginning of February

I would like to know if it will be free for three month beginning the first of april.. and if there is any diffenrence of price between the 6+ and the 4.5 tatami room.

It may be taken from march to may 31st. looks 95% certain. price is same for both rooms. the bigger one has no closet however, the 4.5 does. february is open till the 28th.
